Refund & Return Policy
Iscah Looks does NOT honor refunds or returns but will provide store credit for the following:
Store credit can ONLY be processed on items that are damaged, lost, or stolen. If for any reason there is damage to your items, or order is lost/stolen, store credit will be issued to use towards your next purchase.
Damaged
If your item(s) are damaged an image is needed to process a store credit request. Store credit can ONLY be submitted through our website. Request for store credit must be submitted within 7 days of your order delivery date.
Lost/Stolen
If Item(s) have been lost in transit or stolen contact customer service within 7 days of your delivery date so that we can contact the correct shipping company to process your store credit request.
Route Package Protection
If route package protection was purchased and item(s) were lost, stolen, or damaged contact customer service within 7 days of delivery so that we can process your store credit request.

Store Credit Process
Once your store credit request is submitted via our online portal here, it will be in review. After your request is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for receiving store credit. Again, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items.
Once we've processed your request you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Please allow time for your request to be processed.
Restocking Fee
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Store credit will only be issued once the item/(s) are returned unworn, unused, and no damages.If we issue store credit it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
